Cream Cheese Mural All Day

Throughout the day, experience the most unique way to paint…  with cream cheese!  Cream cheese and supplies will be provided.  And, PLEASE, don’t eat the cream cheese!  

Solo Performance by Terry Mostyn      11AM to Noon

          ‘Pull’n the Hay’ Contest      12:30-1:15 PM
Age Categories:  4-5, 6-7, 8-10
Prize money:  First place-$75.00, Second place- $50.00 and Third place- $25.00
     This contest involves pulling a bale of hay as far as you can for a short period of time.  The person pulling the hay the farthest is the winner.  A 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd prize will be awarded in each age category.

          Milk Tray Relay      12:30-1:30 PM
Age Categories:  Any team of four individuals.
Prize money:  $200.00 to the top team.
     Contestants must maneuver themselves through an obstacle course carrying  a tray transporting partially full cups of milk.  The three teams ending the race with the most milk in their glasses win!

          Panigma Steel Drum Band   12:30-2:00 PM

          Cream Cheese Bingo     1:00-4:00 PM
Prize money:  ½ of the money taken in for each round will be the prize awarded.
     (no age limit)  Take part in our unique bingo game.  You can take part in tossing a ball of cream cheese to the BINGO board to determine what number is to be called.  Rather than drawing balls, we are throwing them.  Nothing like this has ever happened in this neck of the woods or anywhere else as far as we know of!

          Milk the Cow Contest       1:30-2:30 PM
Age Categories:  6 and under, 7 and up
Prize money:  First place-$75.00, Second place- $50.00 and Third place- $25.00
     This contest includes milking a cow…  There is a measured amount of milk placed in the cow’s udder and the contestant must ‘milk the cow’ getting the most milk that they can in the tin bucket provided.  The milk in the bucket is then measured to determine who was able to milk the most.  The top three contestants, in each category, with the ability to produce the most milk win!

          Fill Your Friend’s Face Contest      1:45-2:45 PM
Age Categories:  Any team of two individuals
Prize money:  First place-$200.00, Second place- $100.00 and Third place- $50.00
     Contestants will work as a team.  One person will ‘prepare the food’ after the time has begun and feed it to their team mate as fast as they can.  The three teams preparing and eating the goods provided in the fastest amount of time win!

Scarecrow Contest    2:30-3:30 PM
Age Categories:  Any individual or number of individuals working together.
Prize money:  First place-$200.00, Second place- $100.00 and Third place- $50.00
Only one category this year. 
     Contestants will be provided with the frame in which to build your scarecrow around, hay to stuff it with, a variety of clothing and recycled items, the basics for building a scarecrow-screw gun, hot glue gun, hammer, nails, staple gun, duct tape and baler twine.   The scarecrows will be judged for originality, sturdiness and creativity.  The three scarecrows chosen will be the winners!

       Bad Weather Blues Band      2:30-4:00 PM

          Tractor Pull       2:45-3:45 PM
Age Categories:  4-5, 6-7, 8-10
Prize money:  First place-$75.00, Second place- $50.00 and Third place- $25.00
     This contest involves driving a pedal tractor which is pulling bags of ‘feed’ to the end of the course, transferring the bags of feed into the wheelbarrow provided and returning to the starting point.  The individuals in each category with the fastest time win!

          Cream Cheese Toss   3:45-4:45 PM
Age Categories:  Team of two individuals.
Prize money:  First place-$200.00, Second place- $100.00 and Third place- $50.00
     One person is to the thrower and the other is to catch as many cream cheese balls as they can.  This year, a bucket will be placed on your head to catch the cream cheese in!  There will be different lines to throw from with more points granted from the lines furthest away.  The top three teams with the most points win!

          Milk Relay      4:00-5:00 PM
Ages 13 and under.  Team of three individuals.
Prize money:  $100.00 to the top team. 
     This contest will include maneuvering yourself through a variety of obstacles while carrying a glass of milk.  Each team mate will have the opportunity to add more milk to your glass before returning ‘home’ to give the next team mate the same opportunity.  The three teams with the most milk and the fastest time at the end of the obstacle course win!

           Terry Mostyn Band      4:30-6:00 PM

          ‘Roll’n the Hay’ Contest     5:00-5:45 PM
Age Categories:  Team of two individual ages 15 and up.
Prize money:  First place-$200.00, Second place- $100.00 and Third place- $50.00
     Each team must roll a large bale of hay as far as they can in the time allotted.  The top three teams with the furthest distance win!
